Job Responsibility:

• Develop master validation plan, process flow diagrams and standard operation procedures
• To study on process control limits for operation parameters to consistently meet the product specification requirement
• Analyse validation test data to determine the processs have met validation criteria
• To coordinate and support in activities surrounding new product and process development
• Other duties and project assigned by higher authority

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in related fields
• Computer Literate
• 2 years working experiences

Job Responsibilities: -

• Daily monitoring and control on Incoming QC buyoff inspection on finished goods in production site.
• Fully in-charge to arrange QA Inspectors to execute the inspection activity promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with Production staff to identify/notify the QA accepted products and rejected products upon completion of the QA Buy off inspection.
• Verify the Incoming Inspection Reports, QC Buyoff Reports & QA Final Inspection Reports.
• Ensuring of all measuring equipment & instruments and limit sample (moulded part) used in the production floor/QA are in good order and calibrated periodically.
• Raise NC reports on products that failed the sampling (QA Final Buy off).
• Identify the Goods Returned due to Customer Complaint.
• Conduct on job training to inspector based on Work Instruction, QA Standard, Acceptance Criteria and part drawing and etc.
• Follow up on the rejection issues (internal/external).
• Create Safety and Healthy &5S awareness among the QA Inspectors.
• Any other assignments/duties given by the Superior or any other authorized personnel from time to time.
• Carry out all the records keeping, filing, maintaining work (including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 Compliance).

Job Requirements: -

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in related field.
• Understanding of Quality Inspection Process.
• Able handling measurement equipment (Hardness Meter and Caliper).
• Minimum 2 Years working experience in related field.

• Ensuring that target are met and assist superior to improve productivity.
• Ensuring that subordinate are carrying out their tasks as per laid down working instructions and operations procedures.
• Any ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or 2 years working experience in supervisory.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 QMS.
• Able to understand in Bahasa Malaysia/English and with Supervisory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Handling recording of incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving and delivery of goods
• Check the goods/condition packaging
• Delivery goods according to customer requirement
